Please add a GitBook source connector.

Since AirByte uses GitBook for its documentation (as many do), why not provide a source connector for It?

I need this connector and have written most of it in the connector build and would be glad to share the code, but I am stuck on how to handle the case where GitBook nests pages in pages.

This connector is 90% there but does not handle the second-level pages. I am sure it is possible, but I've not been able to sort it out in connector builder.
