Support for Incremental Syncs in Vitally Source Connector

Hello!
We're using Vitally as a source and I noticed that Airbyte only supports full refresh on this source. Vitally highly recommends incremental syncs (as our refreshes take the better part of a day to complete... if they complete). What is the reason for not supporting incremental syncs for this source?
