Postgres no incremental append replication at some tables

Hello, I have issue with connection setup, especially with source (Postgres).
I run ALTER TABLE tbl1 REPLICA IDENTITY FULL; on all tables that I need to replicate, but for some of them (3 of 11) I can't choose incremental append replication method. As shown on screenshot, other tables works right.

Good news for me is 2 of 3 tables quite little, but bad news last 1 table is big.

And also for checkmark:

1. There is an active replication slot
2. The publication configured in Airbyte exists and contains this table
3. The table's Replica Identity set to Default or Full
4. I run source schema refresh in the Airbyte Connection

Why is this even possible? I have 0 ideas, so pls help.

p.s. destination is clickhouse, Airbyte - 0.63.13 . Clickhouse destination - 1.0.0. Postgres source - 3.6.19

Oh, I think I got this.
I got no primary keys on tables I got problem with, only constraint.
