[Connector request] Source connector for Konnektive CRM

This is a suggestion to build a source connector for Konnektive CRM (https://crm.konnektive.com/ )

• The connector doesn't exist in Airbyte Catalog.
• A typical use case would be getting orders, transactions, customers, purchases and daily summary data from Konnektive CRM
• The service have public API docs at: https://apidocs.konnektive.com/
• The API supports pagination; incremental runs would be possible.
• Icon in .svg format
