Requesting fetch_size configuration for Xmin based replication in the PostgreSQL connector

The fetch_size parameter can be configurable in WAL based replication in the Postgres connector (Size of the queue). But the parameter is not configurable in the Xmin replication mode. Please enable this as it help controlling memory consumption and time to fetch tables.
