Please add 'app' field to the order_agreements stream in the shopify source connector

The order_agreements stream is missing the app field which is necessary if one wants to know the source from which the order_agreement was created.
I haven't worked with the python-cdk but I have looked at the code and it seems like adding a field should be a relatively simple change, could someone please advise, thank you.
