Please develop StarRocks destination connector.

@borasy - Reviewing the StarRocks docs, I see there is Iceberg catalog support:

We have two connectors which can load to Iceberg as of now:

• Community supported Iceberg Destination
• Newer and under active development by the Airbyte team: S3 Data Lake

Would Iceberg destination be suitable for your use case?
