how to use airbyte after abctl installation

i went through installation phase of airbyte which was not easy because I didn't shut down containers which led me to issues later when I tried to run airbyte I had to delete it then do the installation again , now I want to know how can I use it correctly without missing with anything and since there's no command such as abctl start or something
