All syncs hanging indenifinitely

I have opened an issue for this problem here: #55812

As this problem has arisen out of nothing but basic usage of Airbyte.

But I really cannot figure out how to resolve this problem, it seems like something about the internal state of Airbyte is broken and I have no idea how to "reset" it (without a full wipe of everything, which I have no interest in doing).

Does anyone with a better understanding of the internal of Airbyte know how I might fix this problem, or at least give me some leads on where I might be able to retrieve more information about why Airbyte can't retrieve the state or jobs nor seemingly able to actually start new workers/syncs?
