Unsupported yaml root elements in connection builder

In connection builder, switch to yaml, add a root api_budget element, switch back to ui, switch to yaml, element goes poof. You provide "Additional fields" for Streams, but not for root elements. Can you either add that, or fix the disappearing yaml issue?
