Pinterest Product Group Level report -- missing product group

I am trying to trouble shoot the airbyte pinterest source at the moment --- I have set the level to product group and also the product_group_status to PAUSED and RUNNING. After I refresh the stream it looks like the some PAUSED records are still getting omitted after I compare to the platform csv. Anyway to troubleshoot this?

I also noticed that the product_group_id is not a supported column in the product group stream when I try to find it in the UI also --- just to note I have been using terraform to configure the report instead of directly in the UI.. does that contribute to the issue at all? Thanks!
