how to set port to listen on loopback interface only for local install using abctl?

By default an abctl local installation exposes port 8000 on the network interface. I want it to listen on localhost only. Is there a way to do this through abctl?

Background info:
I want the port listening on localhost only, then I will add a nginx proxy on the host to handle and internal self signed certificate for port 443 and it will proxy traffic to localhost:80

I prefer to not expose port 8000 rather than firewall blocking to port (which is implied), so I'm checking here if there is a way to influence abctl to not expose the port or maybe it will require a custom chart ??
