Review rejection for ads_read, and ads_management from Meta

Our use case is simple which is just building reporting tool for a Marketing Agency, all business verifications are done for the agency and it has been running for more that a year and very active.

Our goal was to pull data from Meta for our campaigns and aggregate to get reports in looker studion dashboards, Meta -> Airbyte -> PostgreSQL -> Looker dashboards

We started our application for review by setting up connection from marketing source to postgresql which has been running for more than 12 months now so enough records.

We applied advanced access for ads_management, ads_read, and Ads Management Standard Access

unfortunately only Ads Management Standard Access was granted the rest we got a review comment like below:

We were unable to verify the use case outlined in your notes and screencast when we logged in to review your app.
To help resolve this issue, please consider the following recommendations:
1. Check that your app is fully developed and has correctly integrated the requested permission before re-submitting for review.
2. Provide correct test credentials to access your app in a test environment or development mode. Development mode allows your app to access permissions with limited test data for App Review.
3. If your app is in live mode, you must create a test app for your live app to create an App Review submission.
4. Please provide a correct test URL in your submission notes. This will enable us to access the testing environment of your app.

I'm writing to request a review experience and what to put together from anyone who have applied for adv access from meta especially for a reporting usecase via Airbyte.
