[destination-mssql] Doesn't have SSH Options to Configure Jump Server

Hi team,

Our MSSQL Destination configuration used SSH tunneling via a Jump Server in version v1.0.2. Since this version is scheduled for deprecation on September 11, 2025, we upgraded to v2.x, but discovered that the SSH Tunnel option is no longer available in the new version.

We’ve already reached out to Airbyte support but haven’t received any response. Could someone clarify what our next steps should be? Are there plans to restore SSH support in v2, or should we remain on the older version beyond the end-of-life date?
