Could not validate connector - Forbidden - Docker

I am getting an error "Could not validate your connector as specified: Forbidden" when creating a custom connector within a Docker quick start instance. I followed the quickstart instructions and was successful. I have built this same connector in the cloud Airbyte environment successfully, but would like to have it local to test on a local data lakehouse.

I imagine the issue is something in setup or configuration but not sure where to start. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
