/api/public/v1/applications/token Object not found

Hello,

I'm using Airbyte Open Source version 1.7, deployed via Helm on GKE (Google cluster) and authenticating via IAP.

I want to create a source via the API.
But I can't access the endpoint : '/api/public/v1/applications/token'

Also in the web interface there is no button to create an application.
