Quickbooks source connector fails to perform full refresh + overwrite

Postgres connector version: 0.3.27

We are using the community version of Airbyte with Quickbooks as the source and Postgres as the destination. We are seeing the following behavior in the system:

1. There are 7 different streams to be synced - accounts, customers, deposits, employees, invoices, items and payments
2. The replication frequency is set to 24 hours with the sync mode as FULL REFRESH + OverWrite
3. The first sync, extracted ~50k records and they were successfully stored in Postgres
4. The automated daily syncs only extract < 300 records (and this numbers changes every day) and the same is reflected in the Postgres DB. These syncs erase all the previous data and stores only the extracted one.
5. We have to manually reset all the streams and sync back, which successfully extracts and stores ~50k records.

Queries:

1. When an automated FULL REFRESH + OverWrite is configured on each stream, why doesn't the Quickbooks connector pull in all the data in every sync?
2. How resetting all streams and syncing again is able to successfully pull in all the ~50k records?
