Delete published Connector Builder entries

Allow Connector Builder entries to be deleted once they have been published (specifically with the "Publish to organization" option) if all dependencies have since been removed. Over time, a significant amount of experimental clutter accumulates, especially in the non-production workspaces.

I agree! I feel like I need to start my entire instance over from scratch just to delete these.
