Pointing to new repo that doesn't have RTL8188EU in yet

The readme states:
"THESE DRIVERS IS DEPRECATED.
Use the mac80211 drivers over at https://github.com/lwfinger/rtw88"

Yet the linked repo doesn't have the given chipset in it yet, so there's no kernel module to even modprobe: https://github.com/lwfinger/rtw88?tab=readme-ov-file#compatibility
