Help needed for upgrading windows and creating MacOS installer.

We have 3 applications converted from Flex/Flash to AIR in 2020. We are still using the last ADOBE runtime and the the 4.6.0 (23201) SDK. We have built an installer for windows, which works well.

We have two needs;

1. A MacOS installer.
2. Upgrade to a more current SDK and runtime.

We have no Mac skills in house, and would like to outsource this. The upgrade, which I suspect would be useful for the MacOS project, we should be able to handle internally.

Where can we find the resources to accomplish these goals?
