Are Windows 7 and 10 supported?

Currently, we package our app and users install it on Windows 11 with no issues.
We've had a report though that the app installs properly but freezes on startup on Windows 7 and 10 devices.

We don't have a Windows 7 or 10 device to type with at the moment, so before figuring out how to dive into this, I'd just like to start by asking are Air apps expected to work on these OS's?

I definitely have it working on windows 10. Haven't got access to a windows 7 machine currently though.
