0.3.9 GitHub release #23
Description
Please can there be a 0.3.9 GitHub release. It's on PyPI but not here
Motivation is that the voltron-git AUR package is currently broken since it requires scruffington 0.3.9. The python-scruffington package is currently on 0.3.8.2.
