Support OpenCLI

There is an initiative to create a formal specification for CLI:s (inspired by OpenAPI): OpenCLI

It's made by the author of Spectre.Console, which is something similar to Clikt and Mordant for .Net.

It would be nice of Clikt could support generating OpenCLI specifications.

OpenCLI is currently in very early stage, so it might be too early to start implementing this, but wanted to raise the idea. Also feel free to contribute to discussions about OpenCLI.
