feature request: query blocklist

I'd like to ban specific paths from matching a given query, which would be inverse of bookmark feature (#1019)
reason for this is i often find zoxide matching unwanted paths and have to regularly remove from rank using `zoxide edit`

e.g ban `~/foo-dev/private` from matching query `dev` because for some reason that gets matched instead of `~/dev`
