Feature Request: Download results file via web UI

The command line version allows you to generate results files in various formats, like JSON, Sarif, and possibly others. Could you add a feature to the web UI that allows a user to generate/download a results file in the desired format?

and how about using the UI just to upload and view JSON result files that were exported from other sources? like from gitlab pipelines for example?
