Unable to promote new objects #10

Hi,
Hopefully I've just missed something obvious but I'm trying to migrate say a new TI process and nothing else but the script is failing with the error below.
The tm1cm.yaml file has been set to the named processes and all other objects left blank e.g. ''
Interestingly, if I include an existing process/object in the list the script works and promotes the new code. It only seems to fail when the objects don't exist in the target.
I've tried this interactive and non-interactive modes and result is the same, copy of the log attached.
mytm1application.log
Any advice is welcome,
