Issues showing as different series despite being the same series #370

Just got Codex up and running and am having an issue where some of my Series show up as two (or more) separate series despite being the same series. I even tried opening the folder in Comictagger and doing a bulk update of metadata to make sure they had the same Publisher+Series, but it still shows up as two different series randomly breaking up halfway through the issue numbers. Is there something that is supposed to be matching that might need to be adjusted on my end? Doesn't happen with all series, just some of them and I can't figure out what's going on.
