SECKSD-21860 enhancement: chose version to "export-appsec" from

as we use a mixture of terraform and control center deployments, it would be very useful for us to chose the version we want to export with terraform.
sometime we roll back a version via GUI (control center) and we want to also reflect those changes in the terraform states.
we reach this by re-exporting the appsec config, but it always takes the latest created version and we can not chose to export from any version (like latest activated version from stage or prod)

this would be a game changer for us.

@MaxPower87 , could you help us better understand how you would use this functionality once we provide ability to export a specific version of a security config. If you could provide this information as a sequence of steps, that would be very helpful.
