Search box is disabled with no visual cues #9
Description
In an issue page (e.g. http://watch.gov.il/#!z=b:83852287208592839A2088988B8890819882_s:1 ) the search box still appears, but is disabled.
It should either not show at all, or look different enough to make it clear it cannot be edited (gray background or something).
