Increase overall test coverage

We need increase test coverage on core components to guarantee stable releases and avoid regressions. This effort is scattered across the different components of core and client.
* `chain-sdk`
* `provider`
* `node` (which is specially low on coverage)
* `akash-terraform-provider`

These need to ensure network behaviour is consistent and old issues are throughly tested to avoid happening again.
