To improve interpretability of modules, highlight genes that have homologs within the same module.

Proposed Feature:

• Detect homologous gene pairs within each module.
• Apply a visual highlight (e.g., outline or color change) to indicate the presence of homologs.
• Optionally display homologous relationships in tooltips or legends for clarity.

Expected Benefit:
This will help users recognize evolutionary or functional relationships among genes grouped in the same module, enhancing biological insight during module interpretation.
