Plugin posting options

I've tested the options and I have questions:

Create new posts as

-[√] (Preferred post type)

This option doesn't seem to work, the app keeps using Posts

Show these post types

These post types will be displayed in the app.

How would these display in the app? Is there a specific mastodon compatible app that can expose these?
