database "csdm" does not exist

So I have setup psql successfully, completely according to the instructions - path variable is also set. what exactly is going wrong when I get this error and how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

@akiver how can i get the app log file. i checked the directory (C:\Users<username>\AppData\Local\Programs\cs-demo-manager) but could not find it. do you think the issue might be happening because Psql is installed on a different drive than C:\ ?

the log file is in C:\Users\USERNAME\.csdm\logs
