Can Yarle generate LF instead of CRLF

I may have missed it in the settings or discussions since this should be a very common issue, but I just can't find the answer. After Yarle conversion from ENEX to MD the Obsidian app on Windows keeps correcting the CRLF to LF it expects, and it just keep doing it to all my notes which breaks the modified dates I inherit from Evernote. Is there a setting in Yarle to make it generate LF instead of CRLF?
