Script for downloading books from nb.no

To use, open command line and type <Python nbdownload.py "Book ID #">

To find the Book ID #, open the book on nb.no, open the Web Developer-Network Console, look at the header for the default.jpg GET and the filname will have the number after "/services/image/resolver/URN:NBN:no-nb_digibok_"
