[FEATURE] Implement "Learn More" Google Search Integration

Currently, when users click the "Learn more" links in the disease prediction results, nothing happens.

I want to implement a feature that redirects users to a Google search page with relevant medical information when they click "Learn more" next to any predicted disease.
