Support language config

I switched the language on Flutter, but the language on Chat has not changed. Can I add language in config

Thanks, @wanghongenpin for your feedback. Write now there is no config option if you change app languages. It only can take languages from your system. Hope to add config option to manually update the language.

In iOS, I tested reading this configuration, not the system language. This configuration cannot be modified through programming. Is there any other way for me to specify the language
