Description
The Alan Turing Institute's GitHub admin together with the Open Source Service Area think that this repo should be archived, since it has been inactive for some time now. We've tried reaching out to people who've contributed to this repo in the past but either no such person works at the Turing anymore or we haven't gotten a response. If we don't hear anything, we will archive this repository in two weeks' time.
What does archiving a repository mean?
It means adding a banner at the top of the page to notify people that the repository is no longer being maintained and is now read-only. For an example, see here. Archiving does not stop people from reading, forking, or downloading the repository, but it does stop them from creating new commits, issues, pull requests, or comments. Archiving can easily be reversed. To decide whether to archive a repo, ask yourself if anyone would attend to it if someone made a new issue or pull request. If not, archiving is probably the right choice.
