[A11Y] Navigation with keyboard can't focus on time selector #90
Description
When navigating with a keyboard and voice over enabled on Flutter Web, you can't focus in time selector, only on date selector. Strange because I see underneath it use the CupertinoPicker with the _CupertinoPickerSemantics, so that should work but something is not something the focus on tab pressed
