Producing maps to accompany the Timor-Leste AMP geocoded data release. These maps will explore allocative efficiency by identifying areas in greatest need of literacy improvements in 2010, and how education aid has been allocated across sub-districts since that year.

- 65 subsistricts in the timor census tables
- data contains ids joined from gaul boundaries (2004-2013)
####Aggregate Illiteracy Fields
aggregate fields follow this format:
x_tot_ill
x_male_ill
where x represents a one letter language code and "tot" is a rollup of male and female for each language
