Default action changing

Is it possible to change the default action
for example: to make the "run in background" action the default option

Difficult. There's the idea to sort them automatically. However then they are less predictable. Also some action orders like theme item actions depend on context (dark mode). I have to think about that. I will close this one because we have the issue about auto sorting the actions (which is kinda the only thing that makes sense).

However I am open to suggestions
