Our ticketing portal is at https://support.alchemicode.com but you need to be an approved user to see it.
So, I figure, maybe a page on the main public website is good?
If nothing else, it should mention that emailing [email protected] or [email protected] is enough to open a ticket and get help with whatever issue and/or make a sales/service inquiry
