Please,

1. For Portfolio API, how brief the delays might be and what's guaranteed?
2. Similarly for Token API and alchemy_getTokenBalances, what's the longest time it may take to return latest balances and contracts for which an account actually holds, or just received, some funds?
3. Docs do not state, but calling alchemy_getTokenBalances without contracts should return account's all balances, granted paginated. Is that correct?
4. What is the realtime API for balances?
