@aldostools I saw a new update which added the game to wm_offline_ids.txt. I already did some extensive testing, and so far i did not get banned. I just tested today and i did not see a message "This account has been banned.". This proves that it is likely false and overthought, Destiny 1 will ban you for using CCAPI/PS3MAPI. (i even checked the decrypted executable for any hidden clues on CFW folders but i did not find them, plus a reddit user named Destiny_online6189 also did some extensive testing on that game, he did not make an update about getting banned.) I started extensive testing with Destiny 2 months ago after many researches, and i am testing to see if the Demonware anti-cheat would catch me or the Banhammer would drop on me. I NEVER cheat online nor do i have CCAPI/PS3MAPI installed. The following security is as follows: I mount the game only using Webman MOD (I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING MULTIMAN FOR MOUNTING THE GAME. A user tried the game with HEN and got banned, he did not use Webman MOD, he only used Multiman), and i simply go to my throwaway user i created just for the game, then i simply disable network connection, and spoof IDPS and PSID, i used yet another CID to protect my real one. Then i used Webman MOD's Triangle+R2 function. Then re-enable network connection and launch game, When prompted, sign in to PSN. Hopefully this method may be outdated when the banhammer drops on me. |

Hello.
I have decided to do a write up.
Previously. I opened a feature request for an option to block Destiny 1 from booting. Someone named MoahDib commented me and said that it is overthought, the game will ban you for using CCAPI, he did not get banned 2 years of playing. I replied and said that you are wrong though. A user tried this game with HEN and got banned.
After looking up i've seen a reddit post from a user, about playing Destiny 1 on CFW, he did not make an update saying that he got banned. After thinking about bans on CFW, I have figured out people are scared of bans of COD or GTA: V (official servers). There are anti-ban eboots for COD games and GTA V online but there is actually none for Destiny 1. Out of respect, it's Destiny 1's turn.
I have decided to try some extensive testing with Destiny 1 on CFW to investigate and see if the anti-cheat would catch me. I created a burner account just for this game, and used another different CID. I mount game, go to my burner user, disabled internet connection, spoof CID, used Webman MOD's clear syscalls and history function before re-enable internet connection. I installed game data and updates, and played 2 missions in one day, and then another for today. I will post proof when i get banned, sorta. (pz. i disabled PS3MAPI and SPhotoGUI in Webman MOD settings, and i mount the game straight from Webman MOD menu). I am using Evilnat 4.92.2 CFW. My burner account has yet to be banned anyway. I am using another CID to protect my real one.
Here are my findings:
EDIT: Turns out, it seems the 3.60 firmware or above uses random private keys instead of a static one.
