The bug is basically:
- When webMAN Games = OFF, the XMB ignores the custom mygames.xml.
- When webMAN Games = ON, the XMB uses the custom XML.
Additionally, if you try this workaround:
- Get the custom edited XML by enabling "webMAN Games".
- Now, disable "webMAN Games".
Now, the webMAN Games folder doesn't disappear, but stays there in a bugged state. The ONLY way to fix it is to re-scan the XML, removing the custom edits.
As a result, there really is no way to both:
- Show titles directly in XMB (not inside webMAN Games folder)
- Use a custom edited XML file (for alphabetical or otherwise)
This is cobra, so jbgames.xml isn't used.
