pytest failed

Hello,

I was trying to install pysoftk as per the instructions provided in you git and when I did pytest, I got this error.

ERROR pysoftk_dir/pysoftk/docs/source/tutorials/scripts/htp_test.py - AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'Setup'.

Could you please let me know the cause for it.

Hi fairycod,

Thanks for your interest in PySoftK. If you want to run the tests, the correct folder is not located in the docs. There is a folder called test in the same path where the folder docs and pysoftk is placed. This is the correct one to run the tests. Please be awaeto install xtb first, otherwise the calculations of the htp functionality are going to fail. I hope this helps.
