After downloading gimp-plugin-bimp_macos.tar.gz and uncompressing its contents, ignore the install executable and focus your attention on copying or moving the bimp file that appears after you complete the following steps.
Navigate to where your GIMP-2.10 program is located in your Applications folder and control-click the app to Show Package Contents. In the Finder window, follow this folder hierarchy path: Contents->Resources->lib->gimp->2.0->plug-ins
Make sure GIMP isn't running. Copy or move the bimp file into this plug-ins folder. Now launch GIMP-2.10. You should see a new menu entry under the File menu called Batch Image Manipulation
