How to crop

First of all: thanks for this really useful tool!
My task was to crop 90 pictures and it worked fine and fast. 
One minor issue: I wanted to crop 65 pixel from top and 45 pixel from bottom. How can I do that?
Instead I cropped 55 pixels and chose "start from middle".
