Improper install #437

Hello,
When I tried install to install with GIMP 2.8 I received the following error message:
"The procedure entry point gimp_drawable_brightness_contrast could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files\GIMP2\lin\gimp\2.0\plug-ins\bimp.exe"
Any help would be appreciated :)
