jjb yml is not supported for this plugin

    publishers:
      - pagerduty:
jenkins_jobs.errors.JenkinsJobsException: Unknown entry point or macro 'pagerduty' for component type: 'publisher'.

does this plugin supports in yml - jjb ? 

I don't see documentation on it  here - https://docs.openstack.org/infra/jenkins-job-builder/publishers.html
